The Melville Chamber of Commerce is committed to fostering a business community that reflects and celebrates the diversity of Long Island. We believe that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive business environment strengthens our economy, our community, and the organizations we serve.

Through our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Town Hall committee, we provide resources, programming, and advocacy that promote diversity and inclusion in both the workplace and the broader community. We welcome members of all backgrounds, industries, and business sizes, and we are dedicated to ensuring every member has equal access to the opportunities, resources, and relationships the Chamber provides.
